Senior Health and Fitness by Mobile Fitness

The older you get the harder you must work to stay in shape.  Sad but true.  Your fitness becomes harder to maintain.  Body parts start to hurt more with longer periods to recover.  But did you know that by working out and eating healthy actually slows down the aging process?  Yes, it is true!  That is why staying healthy and fit is even more important as you get older.

So where should you go to get workouts and training that will cater to your age and abilities?  We recommend the Senior Fitness program that is offered by no other than Mobile Fitness.  Mobile Fitness offers senior training programs that will help maintain and restore your strength and help live a healthier life.  They aim to help you reduce the chances of health problems such as obesity, back pain, depression, arthritis, and much more.

With each group kept in small sizes, there is no question that you will receive the most personal attention ever (yes, even in a group session!).

  1. Sometimes its nearly too late when we realize that it’s much easier going through our golden years strong instead of weak. I’m in my sixties, and didn’t realize how out of shape I was. It sneaks up on you. When I realized how much trouble I was having climbing the stairs at my daughter’s house, I knew I had to do something. I started walking everyday and started doing some light weight training, and I found a parking garage where I could walk up and down stairs as much as I needed to. Now I feel great. If you’re in your sixties now, don’t wait until you’re in your seventies to get started. Do it, and feel good now. Supervised exercise is better for older folks. If you can’t do that, at least find a training partner that watch our for you in case of mishap.
