About Our Trainers

Laura Kraman is owner and head personal trainer at Mobile Fitness. She has been a personal trainer for approximately 8 years and her main certifications include NASM Certified Personal Trainer, IFPA Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, and IFPA Advanced Personal Trainer in Program Design.  She became a full-time fitness trainer due her passion for strength training and helping people reach their weight loss and fitness goals. She empathizes with those whom have weight problems and believes there in no “one size fits all” approach to weight loss, which is evident in her workout and nutritional programs. To her trainers and clients, she stresses the importance of consistency and form before adding intensity. She can also modify any exercise, so even the most “out-of-shape” person, can exercise without injury.

She started her career facilitating groups on weight loss, weight management, emotional eating, self-esteem, and behavioral-modification. She did this for several years while training individuals with addictive disorders and dual diagnosis.  She uses this style when working with people with emotional eating issues. She looks at the food as a “negative” solution to a temporary problem.Laura uses an individualized approach to determine what clients need to help him or her reach their goals.  She particularly enjoys working with individuals who want to lose weight and improve their overall health.  Her clients are successful with her help because she understands that people are not just overweight due to improper eating or having “no willpower.” Besides addressing nutrition, she also uses a training style is scientifically proven to shed body fat. Her training sessions are challenging, but fun to keep her clients motivated and successful.  She is continually attending seminars and trainings to stay up-to-date with the most recent trends and proven methods of training for weight loss. She enjoys exercising in non-traditional ways to keep it fun and exciting. She also enjoys boxing and spending time with her daughter.

MaryBeth Forester became an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer in 2007. She had always been interested in fitness since an early age. It began way back when she was placed in gymnastics not much after learning to walk. She quickly had a passion teaching others to their potential as an early teen when she was coaching younger gymnasts. Even after graduating UD with a degree and a job in chemical engineering, she still coached tumbling to ages ranging from 5 to 22. After receiving her PT certification, she began leading group exercise classes and giving exercise advice to friends and co-workers while still maintaining her full time job.

In 2008, she competed in natural bodybuilding competitions which was a personal goal of her own. With very positive outcomes of those competitions, the drive to encourage others to reach their personal health and fitness goals was further entrenched. Making working out fun and exciting is what her clients enjoy about working with her as they improve and reach their individual goals.
Mobile Fitness has several more trainers, both male and female. We will be updating this page soon.
